‘The Surya Namaskaras’ is a way to worship the
rising sun. Being the prominent part of
overall development, Suryanamaskara has an exceptional importance in Indian
culture. It also helps in the healthy
growth of ones body, mind and spirit. A day started with this yogic move, keeps
one full of spirit and energetic throughout the day.
The Institution has nourished the
incessant tradition of collective Suryanamaskara. On the day of Rath Saptami, an auspicious day
in the month of February.
On 17th February, all the
students, staff and many villagers were present for the occasion at 6 am at the
playground. Accompanied by a musical
rhythm, three thousand students executed twelve Suryanamaskaras. This panoramic view was illuminated when the
early sunrays were spread over.
